• 7-14 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days: 100% of total package cost (no refund)

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all travel documents including passports, visas, and permits are valid and in order. We are not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing documents.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is not included in our packages unless explicitly stated.

6. Liability

We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. While we strive to ensure quality services, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from services provided by third parties including airlines, hotels, and local operators.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Modifications to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of equal or higher value. No refunds will be provided for such modifications.

9. Traveler Conduct

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and respect local laws, customs, and fellow travelers. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a traveler's conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and designs are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
